A Path That Opened
Through Grief

Some years ago, grief cracked something open in me.
In the rawness of that time, I began to experience presence not as an idea, but as something steady
and nourishing, something I could lean into,
one moment at a time.

In that quiet, I discovered what
I now guide others toward:
the stillness beneath the storm,
the clarity that doesn’t need to be earned,
the quiet truth that nothing is missing.

From Fixing to Unfolding
For much of my life, I lived in my head,
anxious, creative, always searching.

I tried many forms of therapy.
I read everything I could.
I pushed hard to become “better.”
What changed everything was learning
to listen inward instead of trying to improve.

Through the non-dual teachings of
Rupert Spira and the Aletheia Method of coaching,
I learned that I didn’t need to fix myself.

I needed to feel. To slow down.
To return to my body. To remember.

How I Work
I don’t offer formulas or advice because
I see each person as already whole,
with the answers inside them.
My role is to hold space for those answers to emerge,
guiding you to listen inward
and trust your own clarity.

We follow what arises in the moment,
allowing insight and transformation to come from within.

Somatic awareness keeps us grounded in the body,
and non-dual awareness offers a space
where everything can be met, just as it is.

Clients often describe feeling at home with me:
seen, safe, gently anchored.
Not pushed. Just met.

For Creative, Sensitive,
and Neurodivergent Women
Over time, I’ve come to recognize the unique rhythm
of the neurodivergent mind, its creativity, depth, sensitivity, and a different way of sensing the world.

What’s often labeled a problem,
I see as a different kind of intelligence.
A different nervous system.
A different way of being.

That’s why this work is such a fit:
no pressure,
no path to follow,
just exploration, feeling,
creativity, and presence.

A Note on Non-Duality

Non-duality is the understanding
that beneath all our differences,
we are not separate from life or from each other.
Like waves on the ocean, we may appear distinct, but we are made of the same depth, moved by the same intelligence.

And just like the ocean, the clarity and peace
we long for aren’t out there somewhere.
They arise from the depth already within us.

What I Want You
to Know

You are not broken.
You are not too much.
You are not behind.

Everything you need is already here.
My role is simply to walk beside you as you remember.
